So, in the last month...
- K and I both had some sort of stomach flu just before Xmas
- K's purse got stolen, and someone has been trying to use her debit card as well as her checks
- I've had to replace a car battery and all four tires
- My cat Jax, who's been my favorite for over 14 years, appears to be in the end stages of congestive heart failure and/or kidney failure, and probably won't last out the week
- Our cat Julie, whom we adopted from my stepmother when she passed away last May, died rather suddenly last night, for no apparent reason
Can it please stop now?
